Why I Started Silver Bullet Fitness
Above everything else, I've always known I wanted to help people. Life has led me down many paths, and I'm grateful fitness was one of them.
There are very few things in life we truly control. We have influence over a lot, but not much control. Our bodies are different. Like a painter with a canvas, we get to decide what we do, what we eat, and how we treat ourselves. And the best part is that we get results and feedback, which is hard to say about most other parts of life.
Watching people grow, change, and discover new things about themselves is the most rewarding work I can imagine. I'm also not afraid to have the difficult conversations. That's why I became a coach.
I want to help people who've received a diagnosis that feels hard to manage, people who still have plenty of life worth living. I also want to educate this generation so we can help save the next. No one should have to stay unhealthy or unhappy if we can help it.

I reach out first. I don't wait for you to update me. Constant communication, encouragement and accountability are how progress happens.
Your plan is built around you. Your experience, confidence, previous injuries and preferences shape every program, and we adjust when life happens.
Nutrition evolves with you. Weight loss isn't a straight line, and it's more than "just eat less."
