Personal Training for Adults Managing High Blood Pressure in Fort Myers
Exercise can feel uncertain when you're managing high blood pressure or taking medication for it. Coach Z (Zechariah Berry) builds 1-on-1 training around you, paced carefully and planned alongside the guidance from your doctor.
Talk with your doctor first. Silver Bullet Fitness provides personal training, not medical care. We don't diagnose, treat, or manage blood pressure, and our training doesn't replace your medication or your doctor's advice. Please check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program, and follow any limits they give you.
Why We Pace and Progress Carefully
There's no one-size-fits-all plan here. Coach Z starts where you are, builds gradually, and adjusts as he learns how your body responds. Your program is shaped by your doctor's guidance, your history, your schedule, and the way you feel on any given day.
What a Session Looks Like
A check-in before you start. How you're feeling, how you slept, and anything new from your doctor.
A thorough warm-up so you ease into the work.
Strength and conditioning at your level, with coaching on breathing and steady effort.
A gradual cool-down to finish the session.
Adjustments every step of the way. If something doesn't feel right, we change it or stop.
Working Alongside Your Doctor
Your doctor leads your medical care. Coach Z's job is to help you train consistently and safely within the guidance you've been given. If your doctor shares exercise limits or recommendations, bring them to your consultation and we'll build your plan around them.
The American Heart Association recommends that adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity per week, plus muscle-strengthening activity at least 2 days per week, and that people with a chronic condition talk with their healthcare provider about what's right for them first.
